Pedagogical Metamorphosis: A Transformative Journey for Educators prioritizes an educator's personal development, human development, and the exploration of the mystery and source of life. In this course, we will focus on the personhood of the individual to create educators who are more compassionate, brave, and capable of inspiring their students and schools to become the change we need to see in this world.

The course will also include an introduction to a new educational and cultural design framework called Sourced Design, aiming to instigate lasting change in both educators and the students they teach.
