  • Whole Human Development Zone

Centered in optimizing well-being, Natural Learning Relationship explores and describes the way children organize their world at different ages. During childhood, developmental capacities continually organize and reorganize toward optimal well-being depending on nurturing in the environment. When the organizing principle at each age of growth is nurtured properly by the adults in a child’s life, the child’s accesses their in-born capacities; thus the child is able to access optimal well-being in that age. Fulfilling each of the developmental capacities throughout childhood lays the foundation for us to access well-being in life and, ultimately, wisdom.

Natural Learning Relationships brings forth transformative mutually beneficial trusting relationships among all family members, while energizing teacher rejuvenation, informing curriculum, justice, and all aspects of everyday experience in diverse family and educational settings.

In this course you will learn how children live love, trust, spirituality, safety, and social justice in each moment of their lives.

  • Spiritual Activism Zone

Done well, ROP create opportunities to touch the very depths of human possibility including the emergence of greater self- knowledge. Through dialogue and experiential learning, we will center on Rites of Passage for children—9 to 12, and 14-16.

Learn how to create and execute Rites of Passage to bring renewed connections with lost or abandoned capacities for guidance, vitality, and joy. ROP provides value in contemporary life including reconnection to: personal power, stability, energy, wisdom, and a maturity that is often expressed in service to others.

This course contributes important insights into transformation, human development, and education by offering all participants, children and elders, an avenue for direct experience with the mystery within.
